Dr. Rosen:       What is the long-term outlook for physicians, hospitals, and health insurance?

Dr. Edwards:  Taking on the first of the three components of healthcare is highly dubious. I noticed that you’ve not mentioned the government.

Dr. Rosen:       I’d like to leave government medicine out of our discussion if we could. Government will always impede development in any field—especially in medicine and health care.

Dr. Edwards:  You are absolutely correct even though the public doesn’t see it that way. This is very unfortunate.
