The following excerpt is from the author’s personal website and in his own words.
Thus, in the public domain.

Dedication: To the men and women who will no longer tolerate the evil that lives and works in the shadows, this book is dedicated to you and your loved ones.

[This excerpt by Dr. Napoleon plus Dr. Singleton’s review in the Journal of Physicians and Surgeons should be tantalizing enough to give a rather complete rendition of Mind Control.]

PREFACE

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you! …Ezekiel 25:17.

In 1948 George Orwell provided Aldous Huxley a complementary copy of his new book, “1984”

Huxley wrote the following to Orwell after reading his groundbreaking book: Within the next generation I believe that the world’s rulers will discover that infant conditioning and narco-hypnosis are more efficient, as instruments of government, than clubs and prisons, and that the lust for power can be just as completely satisfied by suggesting people into loving their servitude as by flogging and kicking them into obedience. In other words, I feel that the nightmare of Nineteen Eighty-Four is destined to modulate into the nightmare of a world having more resemblance to that which I imagined in Brave New World. The change will be brought about as a result of a felt need for increased efficiency. Meanwhile, of course, there may be a large scale biological and atomic war — in which case we shall have nightmares of other and scarcely imaginable kinds. Thank you once again for the book.

Yours sincerely, Aldous Huxley

Shadow Men represents my latest effort to add dimension and clarity to the devious and highly sophisticated psychological operations (PSYOPs) erasing man’s free will and transforming him into a more supplicant and controllable life form. In modern warfare and social engineering, PSYOPs are no longer limited to modifying the central nervous system (CNS) directly, but now involve the bio-psycho-social engineering of man’s very nature. The vast majority of PSYOPs operate without their victim’s awareness. They function exactly like unknown pathogens, that create visible disease but for which the cause remains shrouded in mystery.

I will teach you about the mind control technology shadow men’s agents and proxies use on each and every one of us each and everyday of our lives. I will then equip you with the tools that will empower you to boost your immunity to these highly sophisticated PSYOPs that are designed to deny you your natural right to free will and freedom. Awareness, itself, is a powerful antidote to the insidious effects of mind control.

It is also my intent to provide to my readers insight into the motivations of the shadow men molding your nature. You will come to understand what motivates these men who live and practice their social engineering dark arts in the shadows. In order to accomplish these ambitious goals, I will explore how shadow men came into existence and spread throughout the world. I will profile their cognitive, emotional and behavioral characteristics.

For those of you who may have decided to read this book in order to consciously or unconsciously confirm your particular political ideology or religious beliefs, be advised that you will likely be disappointed, and here is why. You will learn that mind control technology, and those who use it as a weapon of mass control, are not dedicated members of any particular political ideology or religion, as their station in life is above all that which the masses have been led to believe is important, including political and/or religious affiliations, ideologies and national identity. 2

Shadow men rely upon their agents and proxies to carry out their will. These agents of the shadow elite head important institutions, enterprises and governmental posts. The proxies for shadow men who man their political operations serve in the roles of politician and bureaucrat at all levels of government. The agents of shadow men may work on-stage or, like their overseers, live and work in the shadows.

Regardless of where their agents fit into shadow men’s organizational matrix, they are kindred spirits of their overseers. As a whole, they are obsessed with accumulating more power and are in love with control. Enough is never enough when it comes to shadow men and their agent’s insatiable thirst for power. Power’s utilitarian value derives from how its exercise controls thoughts, emotions and behavior. Power also serves as the cudgel by which shadow men can, and often do, vanquish their intramural competitors and enemies.

In order for shadow men to pursue their life’s passion of absolute dominance over everyone and everything, they must exercise control over the masses and other competing shadow men within their elite group. Shadow men believe the masses possess only one power worthy of their attention, and that is the power of large numbers. Shadow men view the masses as a commodity to exploit, harvest, use for fun and experiment upon. Despite their power over the masses, shadow men fear them.

Shadow men’s insatiable appetite for power and dominance necessitates that their surrogate institutions tasked with population management retain the services of mind control researchers, experts and operational agents who design, then employ, various mind control strategies and tactics.

Shadow men’s matrix of power is self-perpetuating because of the following sobering realities. Legacy power transfers from one generation to another with each succeeding generation virtually guaranteed to leverage their great power over others who are either dupes, complicit or agents. Consider that only a very few among the masses will ever develop a meaningful understanding of shadow men. Of those very few, even fewer among the masses would dare challenge a power matrix that is, for all intents and purposes, functionally invisible to those who, presumably, would be interested in rising up to challenge shadow men.

If a member of the masses poses a viable threat to shadow men, then that very rare person may be seduced, if not ignored, by agents of shadow men and encouraged to join a branch of their matrix of power. Sex, power, wealth and possessing a pseudo-elite identity can be very seductive to a person who would otherwise be a champion for the masses; masses that have nothing to offer their potential savior in return. Not only do the masses have little or nothing to give back, saviors invariably have to deal with the masses’ denial and psychological resistance to efforts to help them. The seduction of viable threats to shadow men is a well-practiced art among the agents of shadow men when ignoring the threat is unsuccessful. In the very rare instance that a viable threat successfully runs the gauntlet, that person’s threat is terminated; never to be revealed, as anything other than an unfortunate accident, a regretful loss to disease or victim of random violence. If history is any guide, when brave champions of the masses are terminated, the masses cower in fear, use denial, rationalization and soon put the entire matter out of their limited awareness. . .

Marilyn M. Singleton, MD, JD, the President of our Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, the last bastion for free and private physicians for 75 years, reviews Anthony Napoleon’s treatise on Mind Control in the last issue of our Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. It is very informative and warns us of our ever present and impending dangers. It will be well worth your time to review it. http://www.jpands.org/jpands2204.htm
