Are the Elections over yet?
Dr. Rosen: We seem to have two information systems in our country. The left leaning press tells us the election was essentially without fraud. The right leaning press continues to have reports of abuse. Is there a way to determine which is more valid? When the Epoch Times records 21,000 dead people voted, something seems amiss, doesn’t it/ Dr. Edwards: In the days when the left was always painted as red dating from the post war issues of communist infiltration of the United States they were always listed as Red consistent with the world order of Red indicating the parties that were socialistic or favoring Marxism, Fascism, or any similar coercive world order. The left realize then as they do now, that having socialism in any of their political publicity statements was not a winning policy and thus removed any reference to RED in the immediate post war years. They were able to have some of the major news media change their orientation to Blue by painting the map of the United States red or blue. The Republicans didn’t pick this up as having an ulterior motive. Some still do not comprehend. Unfortunately it still sticks and conservatives are painted red to this day. Dr. Milton: So are you saying that the fake media is now painted as Red and the real Fake media is painted blue. So that’s how the confusion of which to trust evolved? Read more . . . Dr. Edwards: I research this at one time and it wasn’t as crystal clear as that. There was some back and forth movements for a while. But this type of subterfuge is never vocalized in the open. The confusion is only unclear to those being hoodwinked but the nefarious are always goal directed . Dr. Milton: So you think the secret of being trusted is by having a proponent on both sides of an issue? Dr. Edwards: Don’t you think that’s why the NYT has a conservative columnist and the WSJ has a liberal columnist to make it look like we’re telling the truth? Dr. Ruth: But isn’t that the way it happens in all segments of society? Don’t you think that hospital politics is discussed differently by the different tables here in the lounge during our lunch depending on who is within earshot? Dr. Michelle: I tend to agree with Ruth. I’ve been on the far end of this lounge at times quietly eating my lunch either alone or with a close friend when I overhear a discussion of what is going to happen to a member by the medicine committee. I generally keep on reading the WSJ acting as if I’m totally absorbed in reading but keeping my ears perked up and listening. Dr. Rosen: I remember the administrator at the Sutter Medical meeting always have an agenda item “What are the rumors this month?” Those answers were always about staffing, building issues, and city politics. But he was always able to bring issues out in the open and keep rumors under control. Dr. Sam: We had in issue in the surgical committee where one guy was under the gun but he was a favorite. Several of us volunteered to be his assistant in operations, we would were able to make helpful comments on his surgical technique and when he came up for review there were several of us that could vouch for his competence and his privileges were really never in jeopardy. Dr. Joseph: Ret: I’m really glad I’m no longer in the arena. Medical practice is certainly a very hostile situation now. To see a half million-dollar investment in one’s professional education go so quickly down the drain with adversaries not caring for the untold damage to careers, marriages, families as the income drops to zero when you get suspended from the staff is worse than a prison sentence. Dr. Rosen: I’d like to get back to the national elections. Don’t we have one candidate under the gun where he’s been for the past 4 years? The left can’t believe that he got 75 million votes. They just assumed that everyone hated him as much as they did. Dr. Edwards: But he got 75 million votes. But there were also issues in 6 states that used the Dominion voting machines all of which favored his opponent but 2 % to 3%. Since the vote was so close, that 2 % to 3% would have given the president the majority in five of those six states. It appears that he actually received more votes than reported. This would then have made him the victor and a second term. Dr. Milton: That observation makes all of this more interesting and probably more tragic. I’ve started to receive the Epoch Times since our last meeting of the National Academy of Scholarship. It almost looks like the WSJ of old with wide 6 column. They have pointed out that the media which the president felt was not accurate. Reports that the fake media as he called it, always gives the news as rumors of the fraud in this elections is denied by the conservatives without any evidence. That the Epoch Times reports rather large numbers of irregularities and the liberal left finds none, it’s as if this was coming off as planned. Didn’t Joe Biden look a little too confident that he would win as he came out of his basement last fall as if the elections were just a formality with the results known.
